ADVICE: Ticket cancellation rights

Hi there,

I booked a holiday to Florida through an independent travel agent yesterday, and I also bought Disney tickets. It was suggested to me at the time that I'd be able to pick the tickets up from the park, however it seems I'll have to pick them up from said travel agent 28 days prior to departure. This wasn't made clear to me at the time, and had I known I wouldn't have booked them this way.

What are my rights to cancel these tickets? I'm leaving in September and frankly I don't feel comfortable waiting that long to get something I've already paid for. The firm could close up, I could move - it's not ideal.

II've paid for the tickets in full, £50 of the price was a deposit.
