Help advice needed

Hi im looking for help need advice as to what my best options are. Iv had a bad year iv ignored all my credit and not paid it stuff like phone bills virgin media littlewoods. Also done same with 2 credit cards totalling up to 5k. Car finace been cancelled with outstanding balance of 7k. Would would be my best options of tackling this as it's starting to get on top of me.

I recommend posting this type of query in in the Debt-free Wannabe section of the forum as you’ll probably get more responses.
Your options for dealing with your debts will depend on your specific circumstances, such as whether you own any valuable assets like property, and how much you can realistically afford to pay towards debts each month after your living costs.
A good place to start is completing a Statement of Affairs (SOA) to work out your income and expenditure. You can complete one through this link and you can even paste your figures into a forum post to ask for suggestions on your spending.

Depending on how much you can afford for debt payments and the rest of your circumstances you might want to look at repayment plans or possibly a form of insolvency to have your debts written off.
I recommend contacting a free debt advice agency such as National Debtline for full advice on your situation.
