    So B&M Bargains Head Office said what when you escalated it...?

    And the site managing agent said what, when you got those details from the B&M Manager?

    Please don't try to complain saying 'everything in your first post'. You are not appealing, you are complaining about the charge. That's why I told you to look at 'successful complaints' linked in the NEWBIES tread. Shows you what to say and it's not the story of what happened. It's a complaint about the harassment and demand for money, saying you will never return, etc.

  • The manager of B&M said that there was nothing she could do about it, I asked for the landowners details, which again she said she couldn't give me.

    She gave me the details of G24 customer service. They wouldn't give me any information unless it was in writing, I asked to have the details of the landowner to complain, they wouldn't. she said I need to write a letter to complaints and appeals but she wouldn't give me them without writing.

    I'm so confused, I literally don't know what I'm doing, Feel like paying the bloody thing!

    Hello,

    So I went to B&M bargains today and explained everything in my first post.

    They said the couldn't do anything about it and gave me the customer service number for G24.

    I called them, fought my cause to which they responded I must appeal in writing (which I already have). They said that they had sent 2 letters to me - which I only received a final notice. I was in the car park as I was talking to them and videoed that nothing around me from where i was parked showed the "contract" .. which they denied saying the car park met regulations.

    So I'm home now starting to write my second letter to them.

    Talking to the managers at these stores is pretty useless, they have no real authority, go straight to the CEO

    NEVER EVER PHONE A PPC. They have fully trained scamming muppets on the other end. The muppets get commission if they get you to pay.
