Worldstores owe me money

Hi all
Purchased a divan bed base in November from worldstores. Bed arrived faulty and in poor condition. Emailed customer services with pics. Bed wouldn't go back in box so after a few emails back and forth they said wrap it in bubble wrap. Eventually bed got collected around ten days after it got delivered.

Well, I'm still waiting for a refund. I've sent 4 emails and can't get through to customer services via phone- 30 minutes on hold to an expensive phone number isn't on in my opinion.

What can I do? I just want the refund. I notified them that the bed was faulty 1 day after it got delivered.

What is my next step?

Thanks!

    How did you pay?
    How much did it cost?

Have a read of MSE's Chargeback article and their Section 75 document.

Expensive phone number? What number are you using?
    0344 482 7553 will cost you no more than a 01 or 02 number.
