Apple Cloud vs Knowhow

I bought a laptop last year which came with free Knowhow cloud for 1 year. It's now up for renewal, £30 for 1 year for 1TB and they have retained my credit card details to automatically renew it mid February. I have tried removing my details, but it wont let me and every page I have tried to go to for 'support' or 'contact us' is redirecting me to ;webpage not available'
I also have Apple icloud (£2.50 p.m. for 200GB) as most of our devices in the family are iphones and ipads. We all have regular pc's.
I don't think I need both? Knowhow seems to cover computers - do they work for iphones? If I keep apple - how do I get the pc's included or is it only macs?
If I am going to ditch Knowhow - how do I do it ? - there is no way to change things on line, no contact details available on the website (surely that's completely wrong) and every page link is broken,

If you have iPhones and iPads as you say then don't ditch iCloud (Apple) as it's pretty much the best backup you can get for Apple devices (as it's built into the OS) and has been a life saver many times before.
iCloud only really works on iPhones and iPads... it works on Mac but not really as a automatic backup... can be installed on Windows but again behaves much like a mac and is not an automatic backup tool.
Knowhow cloud is just one of many cloud backup systems you can get on Windows computers/laptops.... if your thinking of getting rid of it then you'll need an alternative (such as BackBlaze https://www.backblaze.com/cloud-backup.html) or an external hard disk to make your own backups on.
As for cancelling Knowhow... I can't access any of their help pages at the moment, perhaps try to get a phone number and call them directly.
Really from what you posted you do need both, although if you can be bothered I'd ditch knowhow for something like Backblaze.0 -
Is it working for you now? Seems to be for me - help number is:- You can call our Knowhow Cloud support line on: 0800 012 19090

Maybe a 3rd option if your home internet is reliable a NAS or home cloud storage box?
Just over £100 will get you 2TB which is yours forever. You can transfer files from other cloud sources also.
I opted for a DLINK one and a 3TB drive, it was £170 but gives me the options of adding 3 more hard drives upto a total of 24TB of data.
Single drive options are much cheaper with 2TB for under £110 and 3TB a few £ over that and 4TB for a bit more again.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
