South EastSo far the poll shows why we have so many London centric posts I suppose!
That plus a third of the UK's population lives in London and environs.
I remember Lord Coe going on the radio when London was bidding for the Olympics and someone ringing in to complain that the Games were being bid for London.
"Where do you think it should be then, Hove?" was his reply.
The UK is London-centric because London and the SE, and let's face it London jumped the Green Belt decades ago and is now most of Kent, Essex, Sussex and Herts and all of Surrey, makes up so much of the population and economy and culture of the UK.0 -

We don't have that many "unique" members do we ?
I guess some have forgotten the login details for their 3rd and 4th accounts
I hope people are not dual or multi voting, whats the point its a simple poll to try and determine what the spread of the forum is vs reality.0 -
Typical English view of "regions" lumping all of Scotland together. Why did you not use N, S and Midlands for England ?0
 -
North WestBecause I suspect there are more people in each of the English regions than the whole of Scotland.
Doesn't London (inside m25) have approx 3x population of Scotland?Left is never right but I always am.0 -
