Unusual front door knob replacement wanted

Hi All,
The previous owner of this house for some reason fitted a bathroom door knob onto the front door (it also has a latch lock and a mortice lock). Inside the door is a standard deadlock fitting. On the inside face of the door is a knob with turn that engages the deadbolt. It has an external knob with key, but the key is a very simple worthless key and this is why they have inserted some kind of filler into the lock so it can't be used. The deadlock doesn't actually work either.
See this link for the type of knob that is fitted:

The door is a solid wood door and I'd like to replace this lock because it's silly. I do quite like the idea of having a deadlock that can be engaged from the inside and not from the outside, but I can't find anything that would do it.
Bare in mind that I have a hole through the door, so what I need really is something that can go through this hole and provide a deadlock that can be engaged from the inside and something on the outside to cover up the hole, something that is bolted into place from the other side so it can't be removed from the outside.
Any ideas?

Surely you just want a normal entrance knob set, like this: http://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-Entrance-Knob-Set-Brass-Finish/p/521031
OK, so these locks aren'the the most secure, but in combination with other locks it will be no worse than not having it!0 -
Most ironmongers will be able to supply a replacement knob set that is used with more traditional 'Yale' type key; they're the sort of lock you'd often see on hotel doors before they all went key card. I certainly wouldn't rely on one for security but if you have the hole and want to keep it then they are easy enough to replace.
Alternatively get some epoxy woodfiller and fill the hole; put a brass/stainless/aluminium push plate over the hole to leave an acceptable finish and then fit a proper 5 lever mortice lock that will provide a more secure lock.

The ERA knob from Screwfix looks interesting, I might get that one, even though I didn't really want the key bit on the outside it would still be better than the current rubbishChanging the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

I'd call the chaps at morehandles.co.uk I had a number of questions relating to various botch jobs that the previous owner left me and they were fantastic!-X-Missima-X-0
