Help! PPI Reclaim

Hi all,

Does anyone know if I am able to reclaim PPI on behalf of a deceased person?

Basically my Father passed away in June 2014, before he passed away he had a mortgage which was all paid off, he never checked if he had PPI and therefore never found out if he could claim the money back.

I am curious before I got through his paperwork to find out if he had PPI to find out if I would be able claim the money back if he did have PPI.

Many thanks.

The executor of the estate can put a complaint in. They obviously cannot make allegations of things said but if its for factual reasons, then its fine.

Most MPPI complaints fail. Its a product worth having for many people.

The vast majority of MPPI is paid by monthly direct debit from the current account. Its not built into the mortgage.
