Actually not comped at all for the last couple of days.............just to show the Comping Fairy I don't really care if she's abandoned me :rotfl::rotfl:

5 days left in January and still nothing. I am hoping that all the comping I have done in January has not been drawn yet!

Well given it's a Sunday tomorrow so no post, unlikely any WEM's and being the 31st Jan, that will be a dry December and a dry January, now this is where it gets really frustrating and where I normally start petering out doing them, it's just so so so different then it was a few years ago, sure it's a case of companys can't afford to give away, and more compers, and more being done now on facebook/twitter ect that I don't do, but to not even win a book or anything in over 2 months of doing every type of comp I've always done and all the mags, feeling pretty gutted

I've noticed a drop in wins over the past couple of years and would put that down to luck, sometimes you get it sometimes not and I keep remembering 3 whole years in the mid-2000's where I won absolutely nothing, not even a bar of chocolate.
However, again over the past while I have noticed that when I fill in online forms using the browser's automatic cache of name/address etc, the form field has a different colour background eg yellow rather than white as when you fill in via typing. Don't know if Roboform users see this.
Would competitions detect and discard such entries under the rule that they should not be bulk or automatic?

Also had a bad year, 2014 very good, all inclusive week in Barbados, £8500 Dickinsons real deal, and a few lesser prizes, but nothing really for the past 12 months, will keep trying though!!

I've just come back to comping after a long break! I haven't really been entering anything much for the past 2 years, I kind of gave up after entering loads and not having much luck at all.

My last win was from a post I randomly came across on facebook during my not-actively-comping phase and decided to enter on the off chance, and I ended up winning a biggie of a £1000 voucher for rail travel.

I've changed jobs and I've got more spare time now so I'm back and hoping that getting back into it will prove lucky again!

My voucher has just about run out too (it had 2 years validity) so maybe I can win another one to top me up :rotfl::D

Nope, it's not just you. I've had a pretty dry year too, apart from a Chromebook right at the beginning of the year, which my OH has claimed.
