    Thanks for your replies everyone.

Does look like it is quite slow for lots of us and like people have said it might be as more people are entering.

I have been lucky over the year which included 2 massive family holidays Australia and Florida), 2 iPads, being my biggest prizes, so I shouldn't complain. Maybe my luck will return eventually.

Thank you to everyone who lists and good luck to everyone!

I'm trying to reconcile your post above with what you've put in your signature.
  • 2014 and 2015 were both dry years for me.The biggest win was £150 from a postal.I've gone through phases of absolutely hammering the competition entries to try and end the dry streak but it hasn't happened.December was slightly better with 2 small wins but for the 3rd year in a row i didn't get a single advent win.In 2012 I once I had two bigger wins in a week than i've had in the last 2 years without entering more comps.I think there will be another big win to come at some point

I think 1972 meant "over the years" rather than "over the year" meaning that they have won some good prizes in the past / since started comping, but nothing much recently.
  • I started comping last January and have only won one thing since then which was a washing machine worth £750, which was an absolutely amazing win and I was delighted with it! But yes, sometimes wish I won a little more, as it's felt like a bit of a slog at times. I generally do enjoy it though and it helps pass the time. Think it's my fault I don't win more as am pretty selective with what I choose to enter and don't always have the time to enter that many.

I'm back comping again, and have been since mid December, done 100's a day plus mags and not one anything I remember when I started 5/6 years ago when I didn't go a week without 1/2 wins, and now I'm putting more effort in and not winning anything at all and as my sig says I really could do with some, really don't like moaning but starting to feel very frustrated and hubby's getting the brunt of it lol
  • Hey RatGirl - nice to see you again :j I came back to it in November after an 18 month break and can't believe how much has changed.

There are so many new compers and a lot less comps. Plus, the prizes on offer are nowhere near as good as they were a few years ago. :(

I've not won anything since Xmas Eve and that is the longest I have EVER gone without a win. Sending you lashings of lucky dust sweetie - in all aspects of your life xxxx

Slight typo - what I have won over the "years" not the "year" - so those holidays were back in 2007 and 2009.
