    Hi

The Netaheats never had a pump built in. A pump could be fitted to the return on top of the boiler and Potterton made a piece of 'case ' to cover it as an extra.
Follow the pipework from the boiler. It would be unusual to have the pump under the floor but not unheard of. (usually on back boilers) It would normally be with the cylinder .
Get one of the two who said it's under the floor to come back and find it .
Throw away the phone numbers of the other two;)

    Good luck.

Follow the wiring. One lot will lead to the pump ;)

    Hi

    Thought of this later(or earlier?)

Turn the boiler off using the knob on the front of the boiler, have the room stat turned up then turn on the programmer if it's very quiet then you might be able to hear the pump humming or some water movement somewhere.(you might have to wait 15/30 seconds after turning the programmer on for the valve to open up before it runs.
I hope you get the drift of that!!

I have one of these and my pump is located in the attic. I know because it runs constantly (grr!), so its definitely not with the boiler. I think my system isn't set up properly because the timer hot water/heating controls don't work either.

It's difficult to think why your circulator pump was installed in the loft, so I don't think your systems right either!

Heh, I intend to change it as soon as the funds become available. Well by change it I mean change the boiler/pump and get the electrics sorted out as strangely enough the radiators look fairly new. I get the feeling the previous owners of this house used cowboys to update the system from an old installation and rather than sort it properly they just botched it to make it work.
