Apparently not applicable for debit cards of account holders using a UK address:

"You are not liable to stamp duty if your billing address is outside the State."

I binned it off when they introduced a fee or minimum monthly funding requirement, about 4 years ago IIRC.

Revolut seems interesting, is there sending limit. I am looking to deposit my EU payments (freelance work) into a Euro account and then convert them over to £'s ideally avoiding the 3%+ fee a UK account would charge to covert a Euro's deposit
