No offense but how can you be absolutely certain about this? You are clearly close to your sister, but people sometimes do stupid things and are then too ashamed to admit that they have and deny things as a result.

Surely you yourself as to question how three letters would have gone missing except for the crucial one. In any case, she is where she is now, so she will have to make her case to her officer and hope that he either somehow believes her (after all, if it happened to her, it is likely that it has also happened to others too) or not believe her but somehow prepared to be flexible on this occasion.

No offense taken. My sister genuinely has not received any requests for information. She is not the type to ignore something like this. As I have said before she relies on this money so would not ignore any such requests if it meant her benefit being terminated. She has young children to support. She would have complied with any request for information, her circumstances have not changed and she has nothing to hide.

Hopefully whoever she speaks to will be helpful and reinstate her claim if she sends the information. I will ask her to get the dates when the letters were supposedly sent out as it is quite worrying they have not been received although like I say all her other post has arrived, no delays.

make a SAR request for the copies of any letters they hold on file.
If they did not send them they will soon flinch.
