Npower billing problems

Are NPower having billing problems again? Is it a large widespread problem or just me?

I get a message when I log in.

I don't blame them if it just my account that has a problem, as there have been 2 changes over this billing period.

They issued a bill and then reversed it.

I will study it to see if there is an issue.

    I now understand why people say you should stay away from npower. Not happy with their complaints department at all.

    Do you mean that they have billed too much for the units used or that you are £170 in credit?
