Help Please - Executive Complaint contact - Egg Banking

Hello!
I've requested my most recent credit reports since my bankruptcy ended about 6.5 years ago.
There were two entries with incorrect dates, one was
1) Egg Banking, and
2) Arrow Global.

I asked Experian to disput both the entries because the default date was incorrectly noted for both as September 2011, when in fact it was July 2009. All other institutions had the correct date and are no longer on my record.

Experian got a response from Egg, and my report has now been amended to August 2010 - still the wong date! I've asked Experian to dispute this again, but they said I would need to take it up directly with Egg.

When I asked them why Arrow Global were on there, seeing as the debt was sold after the bankruptcy (and therefore in theory should not even be on there), they weren't forthcoming with any solutions and said I would need to contact Arrow Global directly.

So my question here to any forum members who have been in a similar situation with Egg is:

1) Do you have contact details for the executive complaints team? I understand Egg were bought off by Citigroup and when I called them they told me I had to contact Canada Square who deal with PPI complaints. This however is not a PPI complaint so my best bet is to complaint to the top man. Any help re contact details would be appreciated.

2) How do I get the reference for Arrow Global removed from my report seeing that this is a debt that was written off by the court in 2009, but was sold off to them in 2011 (and will now stay on my record!).

because of there 2 entries, my credit score is a 'Poor' with Equifax and 'Fair' with Experien.

Many thanks
Janice

Egg Banking PLC were bought by Citigroup Holdings PLC

Savings and Mortages sold off to Yorkshire Building Society.

Cards were then sold off to Barclaycard, so in short, contact barclaycard.
