Are ico decision enforceable

How do you go about getting a ico decision enforced, mbna have told me there is nothing new to look at they consider the matter closed,

    I not looking for compensation, looking to have the accounts showing settled, going to phone the man from the ico who wrote to me on Monday, seems stupid they refer to the fos who just say the total opposite ,seems company's just twist everything to there advantage

    Yes one nearly 2 years one last year as per my arrangement to pay threads , been going on maybe 4 years the ico wrote to me last week and said it was correct to be on special arrangement they should show up to date as in there opioion a new agreement was entered in to in 2008 and the accounts should show settled no latter then 28 days after the last payment , mbna wrote to me today say nothing new in there report and I agreed 12 years so they are in there rights to report for 12 plus 6 years at number 6 an on arrangement , that being reported cripples me even to get a bank account with a cheque book

    you can combine your claim with an action to put right any breach of the Act

    You can just ask for the court to award nominal or no compensation, and focus on the element of the claim which would be the court ordering them to put right the info they are reporting under the DPA.

    Just opened a letter from the ico today, it says the accounts will be marked on special arrangement, the monthly stud will be marked up to date un less a payment was not made per agreement ,the accounts must be marked settled paid in full no latter then 28 days after last payment, if these changes are not made in 28 days of this letter please contact the case worker on number above.is this a victory at long last
