Hi I signed up to the British Gas deal and the switch happened smoothly but regrettably I was put on a standard tariff despite having an email from BG detailing the cheap Energy Deal. Naturally I complained and still nearly two months later they are still trying to resolve the issue! Yesterday I had a letter saying that on the 19th my complaint has been open for 56 days and I can now refer to the Ombudsman!!!! Has anyone else had this problem or am I home alone? Should I switch or be patient?:(

Believe it or not just had call from BG to say all been resolved and letter on it's way to me and everything has been backdated to day of switch! Watch this space.:rotfl:0
