All is not lost yet so don't give up and as mentioned by the people above I'd suggest using someone else.
Thanks for your reply. I'm putting full blame on broker at mo. He thinks it's some one in tsb that have messed up my case. Unless he says to me there's something else in the background. I've told him Over and over again that there isn't.0 -

Some lenders may require a longer period. As it's address records that provide the link between credit accounts held.0 -
Also sign up for noddle (https://www.noddle.co.uk) and clearscore (https://www.clearscore.com). They both give you a free credit score, credit report and credit reference details updated monthly so you can monitor any changes - it costs you nothing as they make their money by promoting credit cards etc which you are under no obligation to take advantage of. Its also all online so you can check it any time, They cover callcredit and equifax - so that's 2 of the 3 agencies.
There is no free experian equivalent - so that will cost you £2 for the credit report.0 -

Hi guys. Just a quick reply. Heard back from tsb and they are saying they didn't decline due to dob. They are saying that they couldn't match the information from the mortgage application that the broker keyed in to what they (tsb) hold on there system. I've requested my mortgage application from the broker to see what doesn't match. Maybe I can appeal. The complaint handler at tsb is absolutely useless. He can't help answer my questions. I'm going to have to take it further with the ombudsman. I'm stuck now. I've lost out on my house. Hate all this stress.0
