Keeping UK Accounts

Does anybody know which UK banks/building societies will allow you to keep a current account/credit card when living abroad?
I know MBNA specifically state that they do, and Amex have their global transfer facility (as well as, I believe, letting you keep any foreign cards, since they state that you'll remain liable for fees if you keep them!), but I'm not clear on any others.
Any are of interest, as I've got accounts and cards pretty much anywhere! Not currently an issue, as I have a UK address, and will do for the foreseeable, but would be useful to know!
