CPP reclaim from 2003

Hi there.
I've had a store card with House of Fraser since 2003 and remember having cpp at some point.
I'm in the Armed Forces and have moved around a few times since then and have received no correspondence re a refund.
Can I still claim and, if so, how do I go about it?
Kind regards,
Simon

The CPP refund scheme was wound up in August 2014.0

Send an e-mail to complaints@cpp.co.uk
They will probably say you are too late. If so, go to FOS and explain why you did not receove the invitation and ask them to investigate.0 -
Please could you advise who FOS is.
I have the same and only discovered the letter sent by CPP after the expiry date.
I've had my CPP since 1999.
Any tips?
Thanks0 -

FOS is the financial ombudsman.
Unfortunately as you had the letter but didn't act on it then you are out of time as the reclaim scheme closed as per post aboveSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

FOS is the Financial Ombudsman Service.
It may say that you are too late but it has discretion to decide.
You must complain to CP first, though.0
