Hi All. Since 1982 I have moved five times. I know at each address I held banks accounts and credit cards that sold me SENTINAL products. The problem that I have I no longer have the accounts details for all the different accounts I held at all the different addresses. My question is how do I find the detais of these old accounts please??

Subject Access Request (SAR) costs £10 per account held.

Hello, I have no idea what to put in my AI reason for compensation box on the form as I had a lot of credit cards/loans at the time, possible several of which had sentinel cover. I am wondering whether I can cover myself by basically putting both template suggestions from mse website to cover all scenarios. Do you think this would be OK? I don't want to blow it.

Only put reasons which are true and which do not contradict each other. If the template suggestions do not apply to you then do not submit them at all.
