Once the reduced 'special offers' start to emerge, you're getting near the end of the stream of debt collector spam. But it's never completely over until after 6 years - the PPC (not DRP, they can't) can issue court papers, but NCP received a very bloody nose from Mr Mayhook last time they rocked up there!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Just a quick update on this one, letters have stopped for the moment, most recent one I got was an offer of a discounted 'fine' of £75, that must have been six months ago, and which was also duly ignored. Will keep my evidence safe just in case, as they've apparently marked the car park out properly now, which caused my issue in the first place.0
