for some reason i switch from sky to bt broadband and tv starter .After 4 weeks ,due to horrible service and slow internet i switch back to my previous provider after 4 weeks ,and send them all tv box and router back . BT charge me about £400 pound for cancellation (DPC for Free Hub £55 + Broadband and Call £226 +Final payment for YouView box £91 +Starter £27 ) i m not sure if its wright to pay them just for less than a month using bt , off course i paid my all extra phone calls and usage as extra about £50 .any suggestion please .i called them about everyday to fix the issue ( my telephone line not working or even internet slowing down) but still couldn't fix technical problem,

Yes they are early termination fees. You entered an (12 month?) agreement with BT and broke it.
Did you speak to them about the issues you were having or did you just send the equipment back?0 -
1. Read your contract before you agree to it, and before you want to take any cancellation action under it.
2. Talk to the Company before taking action that they might regard as contract cancellation.
3. Decide whether your poor experience is really worth £400 to sort out.
4. If you have problems with a service ask the Company what they are going to do to resolve it before acting hastily.0 -

If you have just decided to drop BT and switch again, without getting an agreement from BT that it was ok to move provider penalty free because of poor service, the charge is valid, obviously their systems will generate the bill for early termination charges,
You could just pay, you could call them and see if they will waive the fee, or you could do nothing and get your credit rating trashed and get letters from debt collection agency's0
