Hi
I'm hoping someone can help as I'm in a bit of a panic about this. I booked our holiday last august (2015) to go on holiday next august 2016. I got a free child place at the time of booking which is why I booked it otherwise we wouldn't have been able to afford it - and that is why I booked so far ahead to get the best deals. Anyway I got a confirmation email at the time - the total cost of our holiday was £5,323.16. I got an amendment email from them today (I haven't made any amendments to the details and don't need to) and the price on this was £7,105.12. A complete shock and I am completely panicking about it as we can't afford an extra £2000!!!! The holiday wasn't cheap to begin with but we can't afford the extra £2000! Really worried. They are investigating. Does anyone have any advice? I just want the holiday we booked back
(( The best deals have gone now so we won't be able to book anything similar.
Thanks in advance

Give them a reasonable time to investigate, then come back to us with their response. There's nothing you can do until you know what has happened - it could well be a mistake.0
