I've had to choose >£1m, but those who know me will understand that I am a little upset that there was no bracket for £5-10million as I'd hate to have my statistic lumped with the lesser peasants.

Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

As you imply the >£1m band is far too wide, for some regions, in London for example, merely reasonably priced 'nothing special, terraced Victorian houses' are in the £1m to £1.m bracket in some localities.
Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop

Some little 4 bed mid terraces, narrow/spread over 4 floors, cost £1.5million where I live. Luckily for them, it's within walking distance of Greggs and the 99p shop.

My issue isn't with the >£1m bracket, but the 250-1m range, where most properties tend to lie in the SE (not including London)

I think the OP would've preferred just two options:
    • >£5million
    • The rest of you. You great unwashed....

It'd be more fun to find out what size people's mortgage is :)

You're just listing things Roger the Lodger does to avoid paying rent, plenty of room in the quant for fist pumping.

I'm just suprised that there are people on here who still live in houses not even worth a basic million :eek::eek: Where's the 5-10 million vote option?
  • If the pole was "how many years will it be before you die?" I may feel better.

I think my lack of house value is in large part explained by my relative lack of years

I know which I would rather have ;)
