    Actually our house isn't worth as much as 4 of our investment properties, so out of a total of 9 properties owned, we are bang on mid range. Although I must admit I am a bit behind with both the maintenance and modernisation of our home (but not for our investment properties).

    So I'm assuming when the OP says house, he actually means 'home'.

    I think you will find my house is worth more than the average London house price. :j:beer::j

    I included the lower price brackets so people in the north wouldn't feel excluded.

    That's nice. I still don't think your price brackets are useful, and you've wasted 3 options on people who don't own a home.
