Stop removing my comments!! I have a right to speak!
And don't you think everybody on here has a right to know where the codes are coming from, so they can make their own minds up whether or not they want to be involved in all this.
These codes are not for general use!! By using them you are destroying small business owners! People just like yourselves. Well done tagatose whoever you are! You've ruined a lot of sellers, and your making the rest of us reviewers look really bad.

The codes are available for all to see and use in the Special Offers and Product Promotions section in the item listing on Amazon itself. Its not some secret code or anything like that at all.0 -
Nobody is destroying small businesses by posting these codes. They are provided to boost sales albeit for a limited number and help promote their goods via the anticipated feedback those sales will gather thus encouraging further purchases at the full price. As a matter of fact one such seller wrote to me thanking me for my purchase and offered to send me their next model up the range worth £120 free of charge in exchange for my feedback on that model.
If you don't like it, go for a nice walk!0 -

I had this happen to me as well, and i was so pleased with the product i bought another at full price for my daughter.0 -
OP does have a valid point here. There is a poster on the freebies board that keeps posting these codes, with no reference to the terms and conditions or where the code has come from. Everyone jumps in, without question of whether they are eligible or not, and when the orders are cancelled they then throw their dummies out the pram.
On other forums when posting codes you have to post the source of your information and the terms and conditions, this doesn't seem to apply here. People don't even know what they're signing up for. It would be fairer to all if this happened here, and if people self moderated and only ordered things that they were certain they were eligible for.0 -

Take this link that was posted this morning
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00SFNJB22
if you scroll down the listing it states this:
Special Offers and Product Promotions
Save £10.10 when you purchase 1 or more Qualifying items offered by Calibre Products Ltd. Enter code 8RZZOH9K at checkout. Here's how (terms and conditions apply)
Explore our full range of clothing and equipment for any sport or activity in the Sports & Outdoors Store.
Find your favourite sports, fitness and outdoor brands for less in the Sports & Outdoors Outlet.
So as far as i can see there no special criteria exempting anyone from purchasing.
Unless im missing something thats not being disclosed in this discussion. To receive a multibuy offer:
Add all products described in the promotional offer message to your Shopping Basket one of two ways:
a. Via the Add to Basket button in the promotion description, OR
b. Via the Add to Shopping Basket button on each respective product information page.
The amount of the Best Value savings will be reflected on the final order checkout page and will be allocated proportionally to all participating items in the Shopping Basket, including the Multibuy item itself. For example, if the promotion offers £5 off one item worth £10 when you also purchase two items worth £20 each, the £5 will be divided proportionately between the three items, so that the Multibuy item will appear with a £1 discount, and each of the two other items will appear with a £2 discount.
If you remove any of the participating promotion items from your Shopping Basket or violate any of the terms and conditions listed below, the promotion will be invalid, and the discount will be removed from the order.
If you cancel or return any of the items involved in the promotion, the discount previously applied to those items in the order will be subtracted from your refund.
Terms and Conditions:
The promotion is valid for a limited time only. Amazon reserves the right to cancel it at any time.
If you do not purchase the qualifying and Best Value items added to your Shopping Basket when the promotion is in effect, the discount will not apply.
The promotion applies only to qualifying items displaying the offer message on their product information pages.
The promotion applies only to products sold by the seller indicated in the offer message. It does not apply to the same products sold by other sellers. For example, if the promotion applies to cookware offered by Amazon.co.uk, the same cookware offered by other sellers on the Amazon.co.uk website (e.g. Wayfair, etc.) do not qualify.
Unless the promotion indicates otherwise, it applies to the lowest priced qualifying item and may not be combined with other offers.
All qualifying and Best Value items must be purchased in one order and shipped to a single address.
If you return any of the promotion items, we will subtract your Best Value discount from your return credit.
Shipping and handling charges apply to all products, including Best Value items.
This promotion may not be combined with other offers, including promotional certificates.
Does not apply to orders placed with 1-Click.
Offer good while supplies last.
Void where prohibited.
If you remove any of the promotion items from your Shopping Basket or violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the discount will not apply.0 -
I would agree with you if the codes were not advertised within the amazon listing itself for all to see.

I agree that on some there are terms and conditions, but certainly not all. Plus the poster still fails to report where she has got the codes from, I'm sure you'll agree she can't have discovered them all whilst innocently searching through the many thousands of items on Amazon.
There's something very disingenuous about the way these codes are being a) posted and b) used. That is wholly against the spirit of this forum.0 -

On all the links i`ve seen they have been the same as the example i`ve posted.
The codes are listed within the body of the listing.
As for how the poster finds them, given the op`s opening post, the last line specifically. I would theorize that maybe there is some community that deals in online reviews of products.
The fact still remains if these codes were for only for a select community, then they would not be advertised in the listing for all to see .0 -
If the Amazon sellers are finding this a problem, all they need to do is give reviewers individual codes that only work once. If they publish codes that work multiple times then they can only blame themselves to be honest.0
