Wrong price in holiday brochure

Does anyone know what the law is regarding wrong prices in holiday brochure? I've just tried to book a holiday because the brochure stated a £50 price reduction if booked before the end of the month, only to be told that this is a printing error and there is no price reduction! To say I'm angry is an understatement ....

Are there T&C's in the brochure?

That might give them a right to end the £50 promotion early depending on availability.

Like anything else it comes down to offer and acceptance and your offer was rejected. Tbh you never ever pay brochure price anyway, there is always some leeway, if you don't get what you want then walk away and book it elsewhere.

They may be in breach of unfair trading if their practice was likely to mislead your average consumer if they've failed to disclose grounds they may not be able to offer something they advertised.

But there's nothing to force them to provide it to you at the cheaper price.

Brochure prices can also have a disclaimer saying that they are to be used as a guide only and that prices will vary subject to availability.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
