You will at least get a reply and it's quicker than the postalservice0 -
The PRS is not available to him; he is old and potentially vulnerable like thousands of elderly people, but he is not registered as so in the care services.
Then get line rental plus and get prompt care, it bumps him up to next working days repairs and, if there is cover, it means he could get an engineer on Saturdays too. It's £2 extra a month but it makes a difference when you get a fault on the bank holidays.0 -
