Now don't all fall over in shock but today I had excellent service fromt he check out woman in the warrington branch of tesco.
My 4yo dd was shouting about needing the toilet as I was putting my goods onto the checkout and I told her as soon as we had paid for everything I would take her to the loo. The assistant said she would happily scan it and bag it all for me if I wanted to take her straight to the toilet. I did this and came back just as she was finishing the last bag.
I thought it was so considerate of her and my dd was very relieved! lol
I left a comment card because although a little thing its not often you experience such considerate service.

One in a million!
I wish the staff at our local Tesco stores were like that!!
I would write in if i was you. The staff member will likely get a bonus of some sort!0 -
I agree that it was lovely of the lady to help you but I doubt she would get any bonus. It's nice to get a thank you though. I worked in Morrisons until recently and would often help customers out like that - its all part of good customer service.0
