Can anyone advise on PPI refund from Citi Bank. They have been very unhelpful, I unfortunately no longer have any account numbers. The account was with The Associates which Citi took over. I know I definitely had PPI with the account which I now know I did not need. Any information would be useful. Thank you Anthea

Did you formally complain or just ring and ask if you had it?
Did they say they had no records of you?
Did you send a DSAR + £10 for copies of all your records?
Do you have any paperwork left of your own showing you paid it?
What proof have you that you didn't need the PPI?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
