I don't know if other counties do it but if you live in Hertfordshire then expectant mums can get free vitamins. If breastfeeding you get them after too. Available from children's centres rather than doctors.

There's 3 coupons, Mum to Be, Bump to Baby, & New Family. I got the new Family one from Argos today & it contains a Fairy washing pod, Fairy fabric softner, 3x pampers, a small pack (12) of Pampers wipes, & a baby spoon.

I did have trouble with it as it kept going round in circles, but it worked eventually.
