    (For someone working a 7 hour shift they would be entitled to a minimum 20-minute break and waiting until they had worked 6 hours would not be acceptable.)

    The regulations only require a 20min break guidelines require it not to be at the beginning or end but "during" the working day there is no regulation for it to be near the middle.

    Further complications that the entitlement does not apply to everyone.
