House of Fraser mastercard con?

I recently took out the House of Fraser Mastercard (HOF) because they had a good deal for some furniture i wanted if i took out the card and i thought getting points on my day to day shopping is better than nothing.
Anyway i go to check my points balance today and it says 68 points...it should be 178 from HOF alone and about 260 from other shops too already... so I phoned up the call centre and the woman on the phone couldnt even add up the correct points...it has now been refered to back office. I don't see what is so hard about adding points to my account.
Was wondering if anyone else has this issue and was is sorted out? Otherwise i'll just cut the card up.
