    Your friend may find some onli e resources for anxiety helpful. I'm sure there are mindfulness guides, relaxation guides and an intro to CBT. I doubt they are a substitute for proper counselling though so first port of call ( if not already done so) is the doctors to make sure she is getting proper help and support.
