Robin Park midweek match day parking

So I've been to Robin Park in Wigan today, I saw a sign saying max 2 hours on match days and max 4 hours any other day, so being Tuesday lunch time I was there just under 4 hours. However I've just found out there is a match this evening-so would the 2hr parking restrictions be in force all day or just after a certain time (as the match is an evening one)?
In other words, am I going to get a ticket?!

where are the match features listed , is it clearly shown within viewing distance of the car park signage?

if not , how would you know a match day , or even a home/away date

PS , does the 2 hrs apply when they are playing away , as it is actually a match date?

Who knows? This is the totally unregulated Wild West, you just have to wait to see if anything arrives in the post. Which PPC is farming that car park these days?

If you do receive anything, read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, then come back in this thread with any questions after your reading.

PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

    Wigan's not that bad :p
  • Thanks guys, no ticket on my window and I didn't see any cameras on the car park so fingers crossed.

I have, however, received a PCN from Westgate Leisure Park in Wakefield (I don't make a habit of this I swear) it's from G24-what do I do with that? I haven't responded yet...do I?

Probably be better opening a new thread, save it getting muddled with the wigan incident, where you can explain the circs of receiving it.

Is this a joke? Has the 'NEWBIES READ THESE FAQS FIRST' thread become invisible today? No link. It's near the top.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
