Can I reclaim if I have used the benefits

Hi

We have had a joint Platinum Account with Lloyds for a number of years now and I now think that we were possibly mis-sold this. Am I able to claim even if we have used any of the benefits that came with the account? We have used the AA once.

Thanks

What would be your reasons for mis-sale?

It would be fairly hard to suggest that the policy wasn't suitable for you if you used the benefits.

Its harder to complain about something that you clearly have had benefit from. However, you still can (although chances are reduced). If they do decide to uphold the complaint, they can deduct the cost of the benefit used from the redress.

Been refunded £68.24 which is better than nothing.

Sounds like an autopayout. Small amounts settled in days are usually auto-payouts. Cheaper to pay up than argue the case.
