Worth trying or just give up? (TSB £125 switch offer)

I switched to TSB last November to get the £125 switching bonus. It required £500 paid in and 2 direct debits set up within 28 days. I already had one direct debit set up and I contacted Vodafone to swap my contract to my TSB account. They confirmed they changed the DD details to my new TSB account.
Well I got a text from Vodafone a few weeks later saying I had missed a payment, I phoned them and they said no DD was set up.
I then missed out of the £125 because of Vodafone not setting up the direct debit like they said they had.
I have contacted TSB but since I didn't meet the requirements they said I will not receive the £125.
Is there anything I can do about this? I don't blame TSB, I am P.O with Vodafone mostly.

You won't qualify for any new bribe from TSB as you are no longer a new customer.
If the D/D to Vodafone failed with new bank why did they not take the money from old account or had you cancelled it with them?0 -
Vodafone are well known for being incapable of updating DDs and creating all manner of problems for their customers https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/53697850
