Quite new to this whole forum business so I hope I’ve done this right. As I couldn’t find any reviews of this company I thought I’d let people know about my experience as I am extremely pleased with the outcome!

A few weeks ago my boiler started to make funny noises and I was advised to get it replaced to avoid any costly repairs so I immediately contacted several companies to arrange a visit. Unfortunately I work all hours of the day and just don’t have the free time during the week so was told it may be a few weeks before anyone could visit on a weekend.

I saw an advert on Facebook for a website called Boiler-Installs.com that claimed they could give me a price in 60 seconds. After filling in my details I was presented with several different boilers and the prices for each.

I was then prompted to either download a free app that would allow me to carry out my own survey online or arrange for someone to visit me. I opted for the App, which also saved me £150 off my total install cost.

The App itself was easy to use, I simply had to fill in some details about my house and take some photos. I then received my price, which was actually much lower than I was expecting at a little over £2000.

I decided to give it a shot and chose a Vaillant boiler that came with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. It also came with a free water test that I’m told backs up the warranty and also a heating control kit which now allows me to control my heating from my iPhone and is much easier to use which is a bonus.

The fitting itself went smoothly, installers arrived on time and were extremely polite and friendly. When finished there was no mess left and they kindly showed me how to use the new heating controls.

I am extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend boiler-installs.com to anyone looking to replace their boiler. The website and App were very easy to use, even my elderly parents have managed it.

I’m also just curious to see if anyone else out there has used this company and what their experience was as I hadn’t heard of them before I saw their advert on Facebook?
