I've been comping since September 2015, I enter hundreds a day (click to wins and mag dailies included) and have had only 2 very small wins, but hey-ho, the big one is just around the corner................

I have been entering competitions for approx 4 months. I won a dvd, but it was not very good,because I get motion sickness and it was one of those swirling around camera things lol. It is hard work entering competitions, but I am retired, so quite lucky in that way. Hope I will win soon :-). Good luck to everybody0

I've not won anything since December 24th :eek:
I came back to comping in November after an 18 month break and I'm shocked at how much harder it is to win now.
I assume it is because there are so many people entering these days and I blame all the idiots who went to the papers or TV, desperate for their 15 minutes of fame, and told the world how easy comping is
They've ruined it now. More compers + less prizes = fewer wins.
I'll admit I had a good December but most of the advents were appalling this year in terms of prizes.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

Last year was my worst year for wins.
Had nothing between April and September, but did have a couple of advent wins December/January.
Compared to when I started comping in 2012, 2015 has been bad.0 -
I must say since comping I have never had a dry spell. I think 2 weeks is the longest without a win which isn't too long. I think my last win was wednesday and I should have some wins tomorrow now because of blue Monday.0
