I think you need to look at 2015 and do a SOA based on the real spends for that year
Anything you find that is not on the current one will be where the £2k pm has been going(actual £2k pm + £12k to account for) if you find there are another set of luxuries you forgot that you can't give up then that £2k may not be £2kpm
if you don't want to go back over 2015 try going back three months that money has been going somewhere and YOU need to find out where if you want to understand your finances and budget for a house deposit/fees
Start a spending diary for 2016, we are nearly a month in so are you on target for £2k savings this month?
Remember without the debt that will be £2500pm savings
You decide where you want to spend your income not us, BUT if you want to save for a house and can generate £2kpm surplus then you are only -6 month on the savings plan. and by end of year should have around £15k saved.
Your call, the more you cut back the more you save the faster you get that house.
Financial success is all about what you spend not what you earn.
What are you getting for the £15pm account that you use?
iPhones are designed to rob people, change phones to something that can be repaired cheap and has power pack that lasts or can be changed.
None of my business but a £6k loan from parents and nothing to show for it?
Have the circumstances changed a lot in the last 12months?0
