Hi Julian,
I know it must be frustrating not to have heard from them but in my dealings I have never had a problem. I do have not tried by post but my phone calls are always answered in full what is amazing since its a charity and not money making business. I know you say its hard for you telephone them but if you are at the stage you really need help then maybe you should try and make time to call them and make a appointment with a debt counseller?
If you are being harrassed there are some template letters we can post up for you to send to the creditors to stop the phone calls. We are mostly all in the same boat so can offer a wide selection of advice on here if you are willing to post some details.
Please read the first time posters thread at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280 what detials what info is needed and then we can try and offer you some advice.

Hi Julian,
If you need to discuss your Debt Remedy, the best way to get in contact with us is via the number included in your Debt Remedy along with your Web reference number.
Just to clear up a point tostao made about bankruptcy; If bankruptcy is given as the best cause of action we can certainly talk through the pros and cons and explain how the process works. We wouldn't however be able to carry out the bankruptcy on behalf of the client, as all personal bankruptcies have to be carried out by the individual.
Regards,

We take great pride in offering first class help and advice, but we only offer this where we have been able to fully explore and understand your circumstances with you. We want to help you understand these choices and their possible implications but not make them for you.0
