Utterly Confused!

OK... it feels like I have fallen down a rabbit hole and I am confused - this is with regards to welcome finance.... yes collective sighing is encouraged
I took out a loan for 1.5k in 2002 which had PPI. I have been advise this claim is to be handled by Aviva, there was also medical cover but the opportunity to claim for this has expired.
I then took out a further loan to consolidate this and a lot of other stuff in 2005 for 13k - yes more PPI
I did pay this but my property was repossessed in 2007 and the loan was sold on in 2012, I have a CCJ for this (I only discovered this recently as I have moved 4 times since then) with a balance of 3k. One of the reasons I am looking at these is to help clear my CCJ's and pay back what I owe and hopefully improve my credit score. I do feel bad I didn't pay what I was owed, but depression overtook me and I couldn't deal.
Right now I am not sure where I stand, I am working hard to clear my debts (see my debt diary) and if they want any reclaim for my PPI to be used towards that 3k I am thrilled to just chip away at it no prob bob, it all helps.
Problem is I am not sure where I stand - welcome said the "PPI Premium" on the loan was £2096 - I assume that would be what the full premium would have been if I had paid in full at the time?
So I am not sure where I stand - the Aviva bit seems OK (I have also got a claim for my old mortgage company too!) - just the big part... any thoughts would be much appreciated!
Cheers in advance!
