Just an update...
They have still not advertised my full time job so still have the people in the office covering reception... surely they cant do that after my part time hours were refused on the basis that it HAD to be a full time position?
That is 14 months in total they have not had a person covering my full time hours whilst I was on maternity and since i left.0 -
How do you know that they haven't offered the position to somebody who already works for the company (say, in Accounts); or have interviewed and recruited as a result of a direct approach from someone looking for work (say, relative/friend of someone who already works there)? They have still not advertised my full time job so still have the people in the office covering reception... surely they cant do that after my part time hours were refused on the basis that it HAD to be a full time position?
Not advertising doesn't mean that they haven't hired into the position. Unless you actually know that for sure?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

I get on really well with the accounts team and I met up with them today. They told me that the proof for advert came through via e mail and will be advertised in the local paper this Thursday.
I could wait until then to be 100% sure but they have no reason to lie to me 😉0 -
Well my old workplace is holding interviews this week for my old job.
I am a bit peeved as they could have employed me on a part time temp basis for the last 2 months until they hired somebody rather than have the accounts team answering the phone part time.
It still seems wrong to me but i guess thats life!
I am on the NEA now so I shall see where that takes me ☺0
