Defaults and settled accounts on credit file help needed

Hello,
I am sorry if there is a similar thread lurking around with the answer i need but i am unable to find it.
I am in a DMP and the majority of my debts defaulted in 2010 - meaning many are due to drop off my file this year.
One of these defaults was with shop direct ' argos additions' i think it was originally, then it changed to very - which was defaulted in 2010 - probably jan or feb. This isnt showing on my file now so i think it may have dropped off already? as the default date could have been earlier? I am now paying Arrow Global for this debt, and have been since 30/11/2012 according to my Equifax file. However, this is showing payments on my file (with a note that it is being paid via a DMP) - and as its not yet settled this will stay on for another six years from the settlement date? Is this right? as the original credit was never with them? Can i query this and get it removed once settled?
Hope that makes sense, any advise is very welcome x

Hi,
Im looking for a similar answer, i had 6 creditors that i was in a DMP with and 5 have dropped off credit file and 1 left but for some reason it has 'satisfied' but won't come off for another 6 years, Ive been searching and asking help for certain credit agencies and lots of different answers.
some say the debt should have all defaulted around the same time were others say the creditor can default it at any time whilst in a DMP ?
id love to get a final answer0 -
I've emailed the credit reference agency, as this debt had been defaulted and should be showing as such on my file. As it stands this debt will continue to show for another six years after its settled even though it shouldn't.
