Myhermes and Argos click and collect

Have decided to give click and collect a go however Ebay as usual are not much help. In the Ebay help section it says I have to use an Ebay approved courier but they don't say which they are. I use Myhermes parcel shop service however currently I have to choose Hermes 3-5 days service when listing as Myhermes aren't even down on their choice of postal options.
Can I use Myhermes with click and collect? And which courier service on the listing page drop down list do I choose ie Hermes 3-5 or one of the 'other 3 day' services?
Any help appreciated

I offer MyHermes as standard on all my parcels and it seems to still trigger the Argos C and C- but I agree it shouldn'tI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for reply, what do you choose as postal service in your listings? I list as Hermes 3-5 and I do know if I click on 'print postage' the Ebay postal form does not appear. I asked Ebay about this and they said Hermes is not an approved courier and I have to list RM, Yodel etc to get the postal form to appear. So I'm a bit wary of listing as 'Hermes 3-5' with click and collect in case I find I can't use them after a sale.
Thinking of just using 'other 3 day courier'.0 -

I'm sure my listings shouldn't show Argos C and C, and some don't but some do which is weird .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. But you can't list as Myhermes as it does not appear on Ebays drop down list of postal options when creating a listing. I send my parcels free postage by Myhermes Parcel Shop but have to list as using Hermes 3-5 day service. My worry is that if someone buys something I then find Ebay won't allow me to use Myhermes with click and collect and I find myself having to pay over the odds to post the item out.0

I just use Hermes tracked 3-5 as that equates to the service I use. The advantage is that it usually gets their quicker than the ebay estimate as well, so hopefully no late defects.
The free post option is the one ebay take for C and C so MyHErmes should not qualify as it is too slow. You only have to use the service that is free , you don't have to use a faster service.
However, as I said earlier not all my MyHErmes listings qualify for C and C and I actually think none of them should.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Choose Hermes tracked in the drop down list and you will get sales with an Argos address.0

Took the plunge and added click and collect and thought everything was working ok but just noticed only those with Parceforce are showing C&C, all the Hermes listings are not. Checked listings re 'revise' button and C&C is ticked for each one but it doesn't show as a postal service on the actual listing.
So it looks like Hermes isn't allowed as a courier after all. It really makes no sense as my account with Myhermes is actually linked to Ebay so its not as if Ebay don't have any dealings with Myhermes.0 -

As I said above I don't think MyHermes is a fast enough service to qualify for C and C which is why I am surprised that some of my listings do qualify (although many don't)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for reply. Ebay say to qualify for click and collect delivery must be within 5 days so Hermes should qualify as 3-5 day service (I'm actually sending parcel shop service with 2/3 day delivery). Problem seems to be that if you choose Hermes as courier you cannot access Ebays postal booking form as they are not on the list of approved couriers. Recently queried this with Ebay re wanting to send something Parcelforce instead of myhermes due to multiple purchase by same buyer making parcel too heavy and was told they were going to get around to adding Myhermes 'one day'.
Am going to try changing postal service to 'other 3 day courier' and hopefully it'll work. If not, click and collect will have to go.0 -
Well, still no nearer knowing the complete 'truth'. Having spoken to live chat I am told I cannot use Hermes with click and collect, it is not allowed as a courier. Was going to try the 'other 3 day courier' and then send parcels via Myhermes to Argos anyway. However, having read through a couple of board threads, apparently Argos/Ebay will not accept responsibility for a parcel sent by an unapproved courier. So if your parcel goes astray at the Argos depot or is damaged by Argos you cannot claim as the Myhermes tracking number is not accepted by Ebays system.
Have now given up and removed click and collect as an option and wait patiently for Ebay to update their postal service/courier lists!0
