How to enter:

1. Entrants must be UK residents at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees of the Promoter or Ride-away, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with My VIP Magazine are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
2. To enter the Prize Draw, submit your name, email address and contact telephone number via the form opposite. We are unable to accept entries via social media or through print. All entries must be received by midnight on 20th January 2016. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible to win a prize. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
3. Please include the following details as part of your entry; otherwise your entry will be invalid:

• Surname
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Address

How will the winners be chosen?
4. The judging panel will select one winner at random. The decision of the judging panel is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning such decisions.
The Prize
5. There will be one winner of the Prize Draw. The winning entrants will win one £350 Holiday Cottages voucher. The booking must be made via the petsathome.com/dogsgofree site in order to get their free dog place and pet parcel. The booking must be made 3 weeks in advance of the trip to be eligible to receive their pet parcel.
6. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if it considers necessary.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the prize draw altogether at its discretion.
8. The winners will be notified by email by on or after the closing date on 20th January 2016 and will be asked to provide their address, so that their prize can be sent to them.
9. A list of winners can be obtained by sending a SAE to VIP Prizes, Marketing Department, Pets at Home Limited, Epsom Avenue, Stanley Green Trading Estate, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3RN.
10.
