UKPC Disabled on line appeal....

Hi all,
I have read the sticky's but just wanted to confrim with the pro's that my approach is sound. We parked in a disabled bay and didnt realise that the BB had fallen into the footwell (as it was blowing a gale on that day and must have fallen). Came back to a £100 ticket from UKPC.
I have scanned the BB and intended to send the below as part of the online appeal. is this correct?
Sorry to ask, im sure you have had a thousand of these.....
Dear Sirs
Re: PCN No.
I challenge this 'PCN' as keeper of the car and I will complain to the landowner about the matter if it is not cancelled.
The car was parked in a disabled bay and due to the wind, the blue badge had fallen into the footwell. I attach the blue badge for the disabled person below.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either rely on the POFA 2012 and offer me a POPLA code, or cancel the charge.
I have kept proof of submission of this appeal and look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,

Remove your PCN number NOW! PPCs monitor these threads.
It's not the normal appeal but it looks OK. If they reject then you should complain to the BPA as their CoP tells their members to cancel immediately if they receive information that one of the occupants of the vehicle is a blue badge holder.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

UKPC wont often cancel so I would expect to have to win this at POPLA which is easy enough.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UKPC are in all sorts of trouble over allegations of fraud.

IMO, It is most unlikely therefore that they would ever take a case involving a BB holder to court. So, if you are prepared to put up with threatening letters, lots of red ink, and letters from down market solicitors, you would be safe enough ignoring this company.
If they are daft enough to start a court claim please revert on this thread. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
