Booking Holidays in Different countries = MEGA SAVINGS

Found an Actual Live Bargin to tell you about! If you purchuse a Holiday from (the website) a different country, then you can save a lot of money. In most cases there will be a certain number of 'tickets' allotted to different countries for each holiday deal/package. This means that if demand outweighs supply (and the company will have forecast this prior) the price is generally increased.

Example: a family booking Disneyland Paris for four for October; if you book it in the UK you will pay £923 where as if you pay in France (website) then you will Pay £170 less at the same time/day etc.

Sometimes the booking route will be blocked as you are from a different country but i assure you to Call up the british website and ask to match the French Deal; discrimination laws will mean that the company has to allow you to have the lower French price.

This deal is alike many others, you just need to look!

Can you provide links to these laws please.
I have seen many deals on other countries websites that stipulate they are only available with an in-country address and others that state the deals are not available to UK Citizens

I think LJamesP was watching Rip off Britain this morning at 0915 which reported on differences in price between the UK and French websites for Disneyland Paris and which have been reported by the wonderful Ballet Shoes on numerous occasions here. EU Competition rules do state that businesses should not discriminate against different EU customers based solely on their residence but can do on grounds of demand and school holidays. The programme should be available on the BBC i player for the next month or so

    Believe...?

Belief is not part of the equation - You read the sticky before posting, no?

    Just to remind you:
This board is literally just for reporting (as the title says) Holiday Deals, Holiday Bargains and any Special Offers on holidays, only!

Sorry if you think this sounds stern but the board should be a list of deals, offers and bargains that is easy to scan down for anything of interest, getting cluttered up with questions that should be asked on the relevant planning your holiday boards (either Overseas or UK) is very frustrating for people to try and wade through (see previous threads here and here) and a complete and utter pain in the !!! to sift through the threads and move all the irrelevant ones and explain to people why it's moved when they complain their thread has suddenly gone!

    Quite clear.

Well I for one would like to thank LJamesP for their tip. As I am in work at 8.30am this sort of info is invaluable to me.

That's all fine - but it needs to be in an appropriate forum, which isn't here and the OP clearly agreed to the same posting guide/conditions ad we did!

    Ok then, I'll bite
What has being in work at 08:30 got to do with it?

For the record, I got to work around 8:45 today ;)
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
