Taking medication abroad

Hello,
I'm going for long weekend to Benidorm. I will need to take my medication with me. I normally put my tablets in a little organiser for the week. Can I do this ? Or should I keep the in their blister packs for airport security?

Thankyou Elsien, I only have hand luggage, via Ryanair. It's just been over 12 years since I flew anywhere, so feel like a newbie again XPlease be nice to all moneysavers!

In light of the medication details I recommend you leave the tablets in the original packaging with the prescription attached. Purely due to some being a heavily restricted drug.0

Alweays take mine in its original packaging + a copy of the repeat prescription in my hand luggage. Never been questioned [so far].0
